It is with profound regret that we announce the passing of Brigadier General (ret.) Fred M. Rosenbaum in the early hours of January 12, 2010. A public memorial will be held at noon on Tuesday, January 19th, at the Portland Air National Guard Base located at 6801 N.E. Cornfoot Road. Please click here for driving directions and a map.
